Weapon Master Quantum's Take
Two Face has seen his ups and downs in our rankings since the game's launch. His kit bolsters Spirutal damage dealers, and he does Physical damage, so it's a bit counterintuitive. Effectively, he's much more of a supporter for a Joker hypercarry than a true damage dealer, but that synergy with The Joker is what makes him useful. he doesn't see play in PvP, but he's especially useful on the Combat Cycle bosses with multiple targets and Training Simulator.
