Quantum's Take

The Joker has seen quite a few changes to his kit in the last few months, but he's maintained a relatively stable spot in the meta. He may be the best champion in the game for Combat Cycle, particularly on bosses where there are multiple targets, and he is incredibly useful in Training Simulator for the same reason. However, he is less than ideal for use in Meta Brawl and 3v3, due to the fact that there are so many champions who can counter his kit by shutting him down early. It's hard to give him the S-tier designation due to his PvP deficiencies, but he's a champion that you can 100% build around and he is especially useful for new accounts.
