Quantum's Take

Poison Ivy has seen some ups and downs with tier ranking over the last few months, but she continues to be a slept on champion and worth the investment. You can get a couple copies of her for free when you start the game now, so that makes her even more easy to recommend. And with the buff to her kit giving her vines Super Armor, she's able to confuse the AI even more efficiently now. Single-target melee damage dealers like Superman really struggle against her.
