Quantum's Take

Nurse Harley has proven herself to be a formidable champion in the Arkham's Most Wanted lineup. The issue is she costs more than any champion in the game to max out, as she is the current VIP track reward, and her legacy piece (which is also paywalled) is 100% required for her to perform as intended. I really like her kit and the damage over time mechanics, and she's a visually fun champion with the syringe gun. We can only hope she becomes more affordable over time.
