Quantum's Take

Hawkgirl was initially expected to come in to the game as the damage dealer for Birds of Prey. Instead, she plays much more like a Guardian champion. They even nerfed her legacy weapon to swap it from more DPS to defense focused. Regardless, she's a formidable tank. I don't recommend that anyone other than whales invest past blue stars, but I've seen whales have luck using her in Training Simulator and PvP.
