Quantum's Take

Batman is one of the most iconic DC characters, and a lot of us in the community expected more out of his kit. He was much better in the beta, but he's more mediocre than anything in the current version of the game. He's quite useful in Training Simulator, and I've seen him used to great effect with Nightwing in PvP. Non-spenders who get lucky and obtain a couple copies of him, or lite spenders who are willing to purchase his starter pack can get a good jump on Combat Cycle early on, but there are just too many Bleed champions who can outpace him.

Every 10s, dodges a basic attack, throwing a batarang dealing 100% Physical DMG, after which becoming untargetable and gains a 10% Physical DEF bonus for 5s

Deals Physical DMG equal to 125% of his ATK to enemies within a circular area, with a base chance of 50% to reduce their ATK by 10%

I Am Vengeance

At the start of the battle, Batman's gains 1 stack of 3% ATK UP per [Justice League] ally present.
