October 2025 Tier Lists

How to Use these Tier Lists
Tier rankings are difficult in any hero collector strategy game, and DC: Dark Legion is no exception. I’ve been working with some of the best players since January 2025 to curate tier lists for the game that are as accurate as possible. However, only a handful of players globally even have all the champions unlocked at full red stars. Therefore, tier rankings will continue to be volatile well into 2026 as more players are able to max out their champions for further testing. With that being said, I feel comfortable that most of the rankings on my tier lists are at least reasonably close to where they should be. Ultimately, my tier lists are meant to show you what a champion or legacy piece is capable of at max potential and when used with the right team setups. For me personally, tier lists are not meant to rank champions in a vaccuum. We must consider external factors such as whether certain champions MUST be built alongside them, or whether there are conditional variables to their kits. I will also anlyze usability in the core game modes like Combat Cycle, Training Simulator, Anti-Crime Network, Meta Brawl, 3v3 Strategic Challenge, and Ship Combat in general.
These are all factors you should be analyzing when you decide to build a champion for yourself, too. Never pull a champion in the Bleed or invest in regular Mythics unless you are aware of the investment cost for their full team and you’re willing to either save resources or spend. Be sure to utilize my Bleed Strategy Guide if you need ideas on what teams to go for, and Good luck!
